Join us in developing Having Opportunities Provided to Succeed, Inc. (HOPS, Inc.), a therapeutic after-school and summer program for at-risk youth that transforms potential into purpose. Your support funds evidence-based counseling, academic tutoring, social-emotional learning, and trauma-informed recreational activities—delivered by licensed clinicians and trained mentors in a safe, structured environment. The program reduces behavioral incidents, improves school attendance and grades, and builds resilience, life skills, and career readiness.   • Out of School Services

    HOPS Therapeutic After School & Summer Camp offers a safe, uplifting place where youth build confidence, resilience, and healthy relationships through structured socioemotional skill-building groups. Carefully designed group tracks include Girls Circle and Boys Counsel for gender-responsive peer connection, PowerSource for at-risk youth, and the HOPS Substance Abuse Prevention curriculum—each delivered by trained staff to promote emotional regulation, decision-making, and positive coping.

    Programming blends evidence-based partnered curricula with expressive arts and team-building activities, giving participants hands-on practice in communication, empathy, leadership, and conflict resolution.

  • Mental Health Services

    HOPS outpatient mental health services support youth and families with evidence-based, compassionate care tailored for children and adolescents ages 5–17. Our multidisciplinary team offers individual therapy to help young people build emotional regulation, resilience, and coping skills; family therapy to strengthen communication, repair relationships, and create healthy home strategies; and age-appropriate group therapy that fosters peer connection, social skills, and shared growth in a safe, structured setting.

    HOPS clinicians provide families with a full clinical assessment including information obtained from interviews with the child and family, collaborations with the schools, and observations. This assessment provides the Team with a full view of the youth to aid in the development of a plan that will address the youth and family’s needs from a strength based perspective.

    Treatment plans are personalized, culturally responsive, and focused on measurable progress — partnering with caregivers, schools, and community resources to sustain positive change. HOPS combines clinical expertise with practical tools to empower youth and families to thrive.

    HOPS Young Adult Program for young adults ages 18-25 years old, blends career-building with personal growth to prepare young adults for meaningful work and resilient lives. Participants gain practical, career-related skills—resume building, interview strategies, workplace communication, and hands-on project experience—while simultaneously strengthening emotional health, self-awareness, and stress-management techniques.
